The competition (‘Promotion’) will run from 12th January 2020 until midnight on 23rd February 2020.
To enter this competition you must complete an order transaction on the Just Eat app or website between 00:00 on 12th January 2020 - 23:59 on 23rd February 2020 inclusive. Those that order on Just Eat after this date and time will not be considered a valid entry into the Promotion.
The Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents, excluding employees of Just Eat, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this Promotion.
Just Eat reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Just Eat may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of any entry and prizes may be withheld until and unless Just Eat is satisfied with the verification.
The instructions in the Launch Message form part of these terms and conditions for this Promotion, and in the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions prevail.
Just Eat reserves the right to reject any entries, including inappropriate entries or entries that do not enter into the spirit of the Promotion, for any reason at its sole discretion.
Where the Promotion is (a) a prize draw, the winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received; (b) a competition, the winner(s) will be determined by way of the objective criteria explained in the Launch Message, and a panel of judges (including at least one independent member) shall determine the winner. In each case, each winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the closing date of the Promotion. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after 7 days or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within 7 days, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a new winner may be drawn at Just Eat’s discretion.
The prize is: 1 x week holiday for two people to South Africa. Prize includes: Economy return flights (outward from Dublin via London Heathrow, return flight from Port Elizabeth airport, flight to Dublin via Johannesburg & Heathrow) , all private transfers, 4 nights at the 5* Table Bay Hotel, Superior Luxury Room, B&B, all excursions in Cape Town and Franschhoek, 3 nights at the 5* Gorah Elephant Camp. This is an all-inclusive property and all game drives are included.
Winners will be permitted to travel subject to available dates in terms of both the flights and hotel. Just Eat’s holiday agent ‘Oroko Travel Limited’(Unit 7, Terminus Mills, Clonskeagh Road, Dublin 6) will manage the holiday booking on behalf of Just Eat and the winners and as such, the winners will comply to comply with Oroko’s booking terms & conditions.
The winner of the Just Eat Love Island holiday must be one of the people travelling to South Africa, and must provide passport ID in order to ensure Just Eat and their associated travel agent, Oroko, can book the holiday.
Just Eat will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
The winner and any permitted companion will be solely responsible for travel to and from Dublin airport and all other expenses (unless otherwise stated) on the trip, including travel insurance. Just Eat assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time outside of the prize as stated.
Just Eat reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Events may occasionally be cancelled for reasons outside Just Eat’s control. Just Eat will endeavour to promptly update any relevant information but will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of any event.
The following general terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) will apply to all competitions run by Just Eat Ireland Ltd (“Just Eat”).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
