Freebie Friday - Terms & Conditions
By participating in Freebie Fridays promotion (“Freebie Fridays”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Materials relating to Freebie Fridays also form part of these Terms and Conditions but in the event of any conflict between such materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
JET retains the ability to extend or shorten the length of Freebie Fridays at their discretion .
The Freebie Fridays promotion is only valid at selected Partners. These selected Partners will be shown in the “Freebies” filter section on the JET platform but they may change at any time.
A minimum order value will apply to orders placed at participating Partners in order to benefit from Freebie Fridays. Such minimum order value will vary depending on the Partner selected, but will always be shown to you before placing your order on Just Eat.
In some cases, in order to benefit from a free item, the purchase of a qualifying item will be requested.
In order to redeem the Promotion once you reach a qualifying basket at a participating partner via the Just Eat platform, if the partner has stock of the free item you will be presented with the option to add the ‘free item’ to the basket in the Just Eat platform.
Delivery fees, service charges and other charges may still apply to an order. Such costs will always be shown before you complete and pay for an order on Just Eat.
No voucher or discount code is required in order to benefit from Freebie Fridays.
JET reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend Freebie Fridays in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes Freebie Fridays is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of JET that could corrupt or affect the administration of Freebie Fridays.
Although Freebie Fridays may be featured on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & Twitter, itis run by Just-Eat.ie Limited (“JET”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & X (formerly Twitter) and you agree that Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & Twitter are not liable in any way. By participating in Freebie Fridays, you are providing your information to JET and not to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & X (formerly Twitter)
JET's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Neither JET nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control where Freebie Fridays is concerned, such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier or Partners. Save where it has been negligent, JET will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from your participation in Freebie Fridays or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in Freebie Fridays. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit JET's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
