The Superb Sushi Choices To Order on International Sushi Day
Thursday 18th June 2020 marks International Sushi Day and what better way to celebrate than with an order of the delicious dish from a top Japanese restaurant. We’ve made a list of 11 sushi spots you can order on Just Eat!
Yamamori
More like YUMMamori, am I right? Yamamori is located in Dublin 1 and you can have it delivered to your door to enjoy at home. Fish fan? Give the Salmon Lover Combo a go. It’s Chef special cooked salmon cream cheese & spring onion norimaki, 1 salmon & avocado norimaki, 6 pieces of salmon nigiri, 4 salmon sashimi.
Zakura
First class sushi from Zakura, with a menu as long as your arm! Our favourite dish from Zakura is the Tatsuta Chicken Bento. A box filled with marinated chicken fillet crispy fried with egg served on top of wok fried vegetables and teriyaki sauce with a portion of steamed rice, 3 pieces chicken gyoza with gyoza sauce, 2 pieces chef selection sushi and traditional Japanese miso soup.
Musashi
With a number of restaurants in Dublin, Musashi offers customers in the city top class Japanese food. Choose whatever you fancy from the A La Carte sushi section at fantastic prices!
Kimchi Hophouse
We’ll probably say this about most of the Japanese restaurants on offer here, but we’re HUGE fans of Kimchi Hophouse. Enjoy red meat? The Beef Japchae is one to try. The beef is stir-fried sweet potato noodles, soy sauce and fresh vegetables. Delish!
Wasabi Bar & Grill
Another one we are huge fans of, Wasabi Bar & Grill has some totally tasty treats. Choose between chicken, pork or vegetable dumplings or gyozas as they are also known as, to be served with teriyaki sauce. A taste sensation!
Okayu
Okayu is our soy mate. Sorry, we had to throw in that pun! If you fancy trying something different, order the Okonomi Yaki. It’s a Japanese style pancake, filled with bacon, chopped vegetable & egg, dried bonito, Japanese mayonnaise & okonomiyaki sauce on the top.
Okura
Based in Cork, Okura combines modern and traditional Japanese cuisine. If you’re in the mood for something full of flavour, order the Angus Striploin Teppanyaki, a well-chosen Irish striploin and mixed fried vegetables with butter and soy sauce!
Banyi
A newer restaurant to Just Eat, Banyi offers hand-crafted sushi, fresh sashimi, and traditional Japanese dishes! If you like a cheeky fried nibble, order the Ebi Tempura Roll - tempura prawn, tempura asparagus and masago roe.
Sushida
Delicious, tasty, yum, delightful, full of flavour… so many well deserved compliments headed Sushida’s way. If you’re ordering dinner, try the Sushida Platter which includes 16 pieces of nigiri sushi, 4 pieces of special roll, 8 pieces of medium sushi roll, 8 pieces of sashimi!
Michie Sushi
Maki your day special with an order from Michie Sushi. If you’re doing a socially distanced garden party, share the love with the Party set which consists of 2 large sets. 60 pieces of assorted sushi comprising of various makis, nigiris, uramaki and vegetarian sushi! That’s a huge amount for sharing.
