Reckon you’re the big cheese? Then you’ll find Quattro Formaggi a quadruple delight. Mozzarella, Fontina, Gorgonzola and Parmigiano are the typical cheesy quartet. Don’t want to say ‘cheese’? Then say Vegan Pizza – 7% of the UK now prefers this pizza newcomer with ingredients like plant-based mozzarella topped with fried aubergine and vegan sausage.
