Food was cold took 1.5 hr to arrive... not a nice experience. Previous orders were good but not this time.

My Food was stone cold when it got to me! Chips soggy and the burger chilled. I've eaten in the restaurant loads of Times and the food is great but my delivery obviously spent too much time with the driver!

This is the best meal to order after a night out. 2 suggestions I have would be to insulate the food better as it's always cold on arrival (but food from other takeaways are not) and it would be great to have chips with cheese (no garlic) on the menu

cheese chips came as cold chips with a teasponn of unmelted grated cheddar dashed on top. burger was mediocre, breakfast muffin was tasteless. would not order again.
