My order was ordered at 18:31 and accepted by the restaurant at 18:32. I was given an estimate time to be delivered by 19:40 which is 1hr and 10mins so it should have been delivered before or by that time as I live 15mins away. The food was delivered at 20:20. The food was cold and didn’t taste as nice as I’d imagine it would be if it warm. I’d expect a refund or a voucher for the inconvenience

Food is great and best I've had in D15, but the delivery was close to 2hrs (30 minutes late). I know now to order in advance from this location.

It was first time i ordered in few weeks and it was really disapointing. The burger was missing bacon I paid extra for. Also it was tasteless. The Blue chees dip to my surprise was sweet and fries were soggy. Really disappointing

For us this is the best burgers in Dublin. Hot chicken wings also delicious.
