Red Bull promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”):

1. Restaurant Partners may register their interest in the Red Bull promotion described below (the Promotion) via email. There is limited availability for participation in the Promotion by Restaurant Partners and it is at Just Eat’s discretion who will be included. 
2. The Promotion will open on 18/03/2024 00:00 and be available to opt in until 31/03/2024 23:59 at which time the form will close (collectively, the Promotion Period).
3. A maximum of one case of (being 24 units) Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml (each unit being the Product) will be issued to any Restaurant Partner in respect of the Promotion.

5. Where registration is successful, Red Bull Company Ltd (Richmond Marketing) will arrange delivery of the Products to the Restaurant Partner’s address
6. Red Bull Company Ltd  (Richmond Marketing) (or their couriers) will attempt delivery within 10 working days from successful registration. 
7. If Red Bull Company Ltd  (Richmond Marketing) (or their couriers) are unable to make delivery on the first attempt, they will contact the Restaurant partner to rearrange delivery. If they cannot contact the Restaurant Partner they may attempt delivery later the same day. If unsuccessful, Red Bull Company Ltd  (Richmond Marketing) may attempt a final delivery the following day (unless the following day is a Sunday, in which case final delivery shall be on the next working day). If Red Bull Company Ltd (Richmond Marketing) cannot complete delivery of the Products, the Restaurant Partner will forfeit their registration and their ability to participate in the Promotion. 
8. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery (including date of delivery) of the Products is entirely at the discretion of Red Bull Company Ltd  (Richmond Marketing) and Just Eat has no control over delivery or satisfaction of the products.
9. Just Eat and Red Bull Company Ltd  (Richmond Marketing) retain the right to change the end date of the Promotion Period at their discretion at any time.
10. By registering interest in the Promotion during the Promotion Period, a Restaurant Partner is providing consent to:
    1. have one new product added to its menu on the Just Eat platform as follows:
       1. “Product Name: Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml
       2. Allergen Information: N/A 
11. Restaurant Partners should ensure that the above product and allergen information is entirely accurate, complete and up to date. Restaurant Partners can at any time amend this information via Partner Centre. For the avoidance of doubt, Restaurant Partners remain fully liable for all food information provided on their menu, including but not limited to details of all relevant allergens, as per their Restaurant Agreement with Just Eat. By way of example only, where a Restaurant Partner chooses to continue with the Product on their menu at the end of the Promotion Period, it is their responsibility to regularly review and confirm the listed product and allergen information is accurate, complete and up to date.
12. Restaurant Partners can at any time amend the pricing of this Product or remove the Product from their menu via Partner Centre. 
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the price at which menu items are sold by a Restaurant Partner shall at all times be determined by that Restaurant Partner, and not by Just Eat or Red Bull Company Ltd (Richmond Marketing)
14. Just Eat and Red Bull Company Ltd (Richmond Marketing) have the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without notice and without any liability to the Restaurant Partner. 
15. Just Eat reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Just Eat that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, or normal course of the Promotion. 
16. Neither Just Eat nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control where this Promotion is concerned, such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier, consumer, participating wholesaler, Restaurant Partner or Red Bull Company Ltd (or any of Red Bull Company Ltd  affiliates or subcontractors). Save where it has been negligent, Just Eat will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from your participation in the Promotion or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Just Eat’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
