Tuesday, 27 June 2023Pretty basic pizza. I got the veggie one. There was a scant amount of fior de latte and a lot of tomato sauce which made it sloppy. There was also a random serving of sweetcorn on it. Better than a chipper pizza but not worth the price.

NEAPOLITAN PIZZA, CRAFTED IN DUBLIN
We work by creating authentic Italian stone baked pizzas of the highest quality, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques. Our hand made pizzas are made entirely on site from scratch.
Our ethos is all about combining great taste with proper nutrition. We use a high-quality whole grain flour from Naples and all ingredients we use are natural, there are no preservatives added. Our dough is then mixed for 72 hours, making it light and highly digestible.
For our traditional Neapolitan pizza toppings, we exclusively use Italian sun ripened San Marzano plum tomatoes; a naturally sweetened tomato from Naples and our pizzas are finished off with 100% pasteurised cow’s milk Fior di Latte Mozzarella.
