Uptown Restaurant offers an inventive approach to Indian cuisine. It’s path breaking menu has been designed by Chef Imran Muhammad.
Imran started his career in Lahore as part of RAMADA team . he joined Avari in 1992. Flooring the guests at Kim’s with his culinary skills and charm, he has since spent about eight years with Avari, opening several restaurants while travelling the world.
IMRAN is passionate about his craft, his knowledge of ingredients and their origins is immense. He is an inspiration to aspiring young chefs today.
He lives in Killarney co Kerry with his wife and daughters. IMRAN enjoys watching movies, cricket matches and cooking for his daughters, Aroush, who is a foodie and loves Biryani.Eashal loves Pad thai
