oapp said order ready for collection at 1810. arrived at 1812, not ready. I did get my order until 1827 after having to ask for it 3 times. I was just left waiting in reception. I will be reluctant to use this restaurant and Just Eat app again, this 20 mins delay made me late and I am not happy.
