Saturday, 23 March 2024I was craving falafel and took a chance on this place I hadn’t heard of before. I was beyond impressed with the quality of my order. I ordered the falafel wrap as a “plate” so I was able to assemble it and eat it super fresh. Genuinely authentic bread, falafel, pickles, hummus and all the delicious trimmings. This is going to become my go-to order on just eat!

WRONG ITEMS
bI phoned the restaurant immediately(After I tipped the delivery drive) as they forgot to include chilli sauce with the meal.
I specifically ordered chilli sauce because they never give you a free portion.
The staff member I spoke to assured me to keep the food warm and the chilli sauce would be with me soon.
30 minutes later my chilli sauce was still not here. I phoned and spoke to the same staff member who assured me he was personally delivering my chilli sauce.
25 minutes more later (55 minutes after my food was delivered) no chilli sauce has arrived.
why didn't the restaurant tell me they simply were not coming?
my food (I have been trying to keep warm) is unhygienic and the the Staff are rude in not fulfilling their promises.
