Did not receive all items I ordered and received 4 portions of rice when only ordered 1. €40 spent and ordered only 5 items. Really unacceptable to make mistakes for a small order and an expensive price. Disappointed. Will not order from here again
Ordered food at 18.36. Restaurant gave the time to collect as 19.10. Sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes before I got my food. Unacceptable
Delivery driver handed my order to someone else and I had to talk to the person to get it. When I told the driver he shrugged and drove off.
For the second time in a row, I have not received the rice I ordered. I have ordered pilau rice and two times in a row I have gotten brown rice. I don't like or eat brown rice. I would like a refund please

Hey, I'm sorry to tell you, but this was not a good experience. Ordered the food at 16:30 for 17:30 delivery, but it got delivered at 18:53. Got delayed multiple times, wasn't even sure it arrives.
Your phone support is great though, Ricky I believe was extremely helpful.
I'm wondering what can you do about this delay and how can we get some sort of compensation maybe here because of the 83 min delay.
