Then they offered me vouchers which I said yes to but the guy who dropped them down was extremely rude to me on the phone. Never again. They’ve lost a customer

Sunday, 18 February 2024I had cancelled this order on the phone and then placed another order with a different restaurant as my original order was over an hour late. However the first restaurant delivered the food anyway so I have now been landed with 2 orders instead of 1!

Sunday, 11 February 2024My takeaway experience was disappointing. The battered fish came with skin on, not mentioned when ordering, and instead of ice cream I received cream. The Guinness was flat and lacked its characteristic richness. Sauce portions were meager, barely adding any flavor. Overall, it was a letdown with notable mistakes in food quality and order accuracy.
