An order not fit for delivery. Drinks in cups advertised as cans spilt all over the food. Inedible. Paper bags broken. Not possible for a driver to deliver.

Awful overcooked chicken, we were missing dips and delivery took two hours. Had to phone just eat twice and go on their chat 3 times and were given different information each time about our order leaving the restaurant which it clearly hadn’t. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I got a notification on my phone to say the food was delivered at 18:50. No one rang our doorbell so I went out to check and no food had been delivered. We checked both sides of the road just in case but no food arrived. I called customer service but while they refunded me, or have set that in motion, they could not help other than to suggest we re-order again and take our chances. What kind of business model is this???
