I think it was the restaurant fault and not the delivery, but if I asked 3 hours in advance to be delivered at a certain hour, you should pay more attention to customers request. The food was really good but the 35 minutes waiting ruined almost everything. And I made a request (to put in the bag plastic cutlery) that was highly ignored.
