Missing items from my order after spending 45 euro chips were hard and cold I tried to ring the store but no answer so my son went hungry and had to have a cereal instead

What a horrible order we received from Supermacs. The drinks were a little warm, no straws, the chicken wrap barely had anything in it, the “Large” topped chips were definitely not large and the chips were all soggy and barely warm. The only good thing from this order was the chicken breast bun which was nice. This order cost over €30 for very little. You would get the double the amount of food at a chipper for the same price. I will not be ordering from Supermac’s again until they sort themselves out. Atrocious!
