Friday 30 August 2024I ordered at 11:30 to be delivered at 13:05. I had to engage with Just Eat on webchat to get a driver assigned to the order at 13:35. I thought they were swamped and just hadn't made my food yet, which would have been annoying enough, but when my sub got here it was soggy and stone cold because they clearly made it at 11:30 and forgot about it. I ate it because I was starving, but I shan't be ordering from this Subway again. Hollyhill is so much better and faster.
