Tuesday 15 August 2023Absolutely appalling behaviour from this franchise. Food had arrived cold, was first told all they can do is send the food out again. Which I was not okay with if it was going to arrive cold again. I suggested to wrap it in tin foil and was told ‘we aren’t given tin foil so we have none’ I explained that when I order food it’s expected to be warm, was then told to put food in the microwave (put bread with veg on it in the microwave). The ‘lovely’ girl on the phone said she’ll have to text her manager to see if they can send the food out again. But if they can it’ll arrive cold anyway. Manager had said no and the second the girl realised she doesn’t have to deal with me started giving me attitude, and had rudely ended the call with “Hm Hm okay byye”. Untrained staff, disgusting behaviour to deal with anyone, never mind paying customers. Had placed a complaint with subway.
