Absolute disgrace. I spend so much money in here and have ordered a take away a couple of times every single time food order is wrong and absolutely freezing.. ordered this morning on just eat. Spent 30€ for the wrong order even tho I spoke with woman in the shop over the phone and she didn’t understand me. The food was u edible . I will be calling manager tomorrow

We oredered it many hours beforehand, to ensure everything will be ok (around 2pm, delivery was asked for 6:30pm) as we were preparing for a birthday party. At 6pm Just Eat rang me that a lot of ingrediants are missing. No meatballs, no ham, no Italian bmt. Apart from chicken and beaf, they actually didn't have anything else. why the heck they started dealing with our order only half an our before the deadline???? 3 out of 7 people in the family had to fall back on something else that they were going to eat... It ruined hour evening completely, and was a big disappointment. It was a €100 order, btw... €100 spent on something that actually caused upset and disappointed us. We would have been better off ordering from the restaurant directly. Next time I'm gonna do that for sure, and I'll skip JustEat from the process.

Absolute joke shop took the order and confirmed it and sent out the wrong subs known they didn’t have the meet after me then driving to the shop they had none in stock staff was as rude won’t be ordering from them again !!! Girl on just eat was lovely and trying to help she issuing me a refund still waiting on it to go into my bank … but it’s disgraceful an order shouldn’t be accepted if the shop doesn’t have what you ordered !! To have to go to another shop and order a burger and chips it’s a disgrace !
