The preztel roll was good, but I was given a grande drink instead of venti and a cinnamon roll instead of an iced raspberry swirl.

Ordered a cookie dough brownie,cookies and cream brownie and a white mocha. They were out of cookie dough brownies but were nice enough to replace it with a second c&c instead. However, when replacing an item I'd recommend They check with the customer first, as I have essentially paid more than I should have(since they were cheaper than the cookie dough ones). Cup could have been more full also (or at least transferred to a larger cup to avoid spillage)

Quality of the coffee wasn’t as good as usual. Felt like it had been rushed as opposed to when we usually get it and it tastes lovely.

Completely wrong order, just eat couldn't get in contact with the restaurant and then after calling them would only refund 20 euro on a 30 euro order. Absolute joke
