Had to ring the restaurant twice before they finally checked and discovered the delivery driver had ‘broken down’ yet no one contacted me to tell me this. I kept getting told to wait 5 more minutes.

Normally have a really good experience but the last 2 times I’ve ordered I’ve been waiting up to 2 hours for my food. Delivery man also never gave me the order and rang to tell me he would be back but never showed up

The woman who answered the phone call in the restaurant was super rude and un professional. I called to ask about my delay and she was shouting fown the phone and when I tried to speak she spike over me and eventually closed the phone in my face 😡 very appalling behavior she is not fit to speak to customers. The driver was a bit more polite when the order arrived after a delay of 1.30 mins. Shocking behavior and attitude from tgst Indian woman who answered the phone.
