San Sab began with one mission.

To create something different. Tradition and authentic Thai flavours presented with a funky modern twist is what we are all about. All of our dishes are freshly prepared on our wok station right in front of you. Our woks flash cook fresh. It’s what we like to call real time Thai Theatre! We will never compromise on this. We aim for pure authenticity. So come eat in, call and collect or let us deliver restaurant quality authentic Thai food to your home.

Because we cook to authentic Thai flavor, and not franchised recipes, our flavors lean towards Thai spicier levels. Everything is prepared freshly so please let us know your heat level and watch out for the chilli indicators!

All of our salads are made fresh to order and our dressings are prepped in our traditional Thai Pestle and Mortar. Please allow 15 mins extra

Our local meat supplier is Robinsons Meats. A local family business. Our Beef products are fresh prime Irish fillet Beef sourced from Wicklow, Meath and Kildare.

Our fish supplier is Wrights of Marino, again, a local Family business.

Because of our commitment to freshness, wait times may be longer. But we promise you that it will be worth it! There is a no central kitchen or pre-cooked food policy at San Sab. We just dont do it because we feel that you deserve better.
