Next time you accept an order please make sure the restaurant actually delivers to the area!!! I had to pay for a taxi to go collect it as the restaurant doesn’t deliver to my area even though I entered the full address and eir code , the order was accepted and money deducted from my account.

Ordered for delivary. Left us short and when we requested for the food we paid for to be sent out they refused saying it would be too expensive to send back out so we had to request a refund. Wonder how they would feel if I refused to pay for food that sent to me. Not happy as we had split what little food we had left between 6 of us.

The delivery arrived when we were getting ready for bed !! And the delivery charge is 6 bucks.. more than the price of the starter. The food was ok though.

Food was nice however chicken ball bit soggy, its was very very late so disappointed and starving. I tried ringing to restaurant a few times they had the phone off the hung. Food is nice but id debate getting it again due to the time to deliver pity cos it was our fave Chinese. Food didnt come till nearly 7:00

Second time in a row items were missing from this restaurant. Its not difficult to check the order before putting it in the bag. 30 mins late so food was cold.

Food was cold, chicken was like rubber. Delivery took way too long. Just Eat offered no solution. I will only use Deliveroo in future.
