Sunday, 03 December 2023Hi, today I was very disappointed with your services. I ordered a pizza at about 23.35 from Pizza Mania, Cork. The order was accepted and at about 00.00, according to the app, the courier had left the restaurant and was on his way to my location. At that point I immediately went outside in order to retrieve my order as the restaurant is only a 10 minutes drive away. I spent 45 minutes waiting for my order to no avail, in the freezing cold and rain. I did not receive any kind of phone call, message, or notification, either from the app or from the courier. From the app, I only received a notification that the food had been delivered. Obviously I, AT THE VERY LEAST, expect a FULL REFUND for my order as a mere compensation for my absolutely horrible experience and I guarantee you that you have lost a customer.
