This is not the same Papa Rich as before! When ordering, there is no option on the site to add chips/rice to one of the main dishes (crispy sweet n sour chicken) but I was still charged the same price as the other main dish I ordered (grandma's famous beef curry) which had an option to add rice/chips. Rice portions are now half their size. No Roti Canai available to order anymore as starter. Beef in the curry was rubbery and felt like it was covered in fat. Disappointed.

We are truly sorry to hear that the crispy sweet and sour chicken did not meet your expectations and that the ordering process lacked clarity regarding side dish options. This oversight is not reflective of our standards, and we are immediately reviewing our menu offerings online to ensure all available options are clearly presented to avoid such confusion in the future.Regarding the portion size of the rice, We are in the process of reassessing our portion sizes to ensure they are generous and satisfying for our customers. Regarding the beef in the curry, we have investigated all the beef in the kitchen, and they are all cooked properly, not like rubbery as you described above, We are committed to offering a diverse and high-quality menu.
