Friday, 26 January 2024I had a shocking experience as my food was never delivered. I had provided an Eircode and instructions to contact me when the driver arrived at the building. I received no call or update other than an app notification to say the food had been delivered, when in fact the driver never turned up. Upon contacting JustEat the options given were to cancel with a refund or to place a brand new order. So out there somewhere is a driver with an undelivered order that couldn’t be contacted! Not happy.
