Food arrived cold and had to put in the oven to reheat it so that I could eat it. You can't even ring the restaurant for an update about your order.

The quality of the food delivered is disgraceful. Chicken on the burger is like rubber. The 2 milkshakes have no consistency and taste like water ! For the price of the food the quality is well below satisfactory

I didn’t receive my order! I clearly left to note for the delivery to call me once they are outside the building. However, I have also followed the updates here and went downstairs as soon as the status changed to Delivered, but my food wasn’t there
