Friday, 24 November 2023Afrer confirming my order, the restaurant called and said they don't have the food i ordered. So I requested to cancel the order and give me a refund.
They keep saying they'll call me back. 2 hours gone by, just eat app notified me that the driver is on the way. And yet nothing arrived. No refund was given as well.
I have a voice recordings and text messages as proof.
