TOCHITURA is very consistent homemade dish with Fresh pork meat fired in a pan with smoked sausages cooked with Romanian old ground spice, garlic, salt, crushed black pepper served with side of polenta and top up with a sunny side-up egg and shredded cottage cheese.

We recommend to add pickles but you can choose other salad on the side. I do eat Tochitura few times a week because is one of the favourite dish from the menu.
