The wrap was not a tortilla wrap, it was something like nam bread (and it didn’t specify that on just eat) and the food was cold when it arrived

Ordered over 2.5 hours ago and still waiting. On just eat app says delivered. Restaurant says food was sent.Can I get a refund this is ridiculous.
