Michie Sushi opened in November 2012 & is located in Upper Georges Street in Dun laoghaire. Michie Sushi make hand made sushi to order and a selection of hot Japanese dishes. Michel Piare Sushi Chef and Proprietor hand selects all the fresh fish and ingredients for Michie Sushi. The word Michie in Japanese means “filled with smiles and laughter”.
