Absolutely ridiculous service driver ignored my messages saying he passed me , didnt ring the number I had provided and specified to contact on arrival , gave my food to another customer and drove past me again looking at me signal him and didn’t stop

our food was cold when it got here, milkshakes and ice creams were melted, delivery time kept changing as the courier went to 2 other places before us, not happy as we paid a lot of money

Ordered an hour in advance. Had to call to make sure it was being prepared. The driver took the food on a cycle tour of cork city 20 mins in the opposite direction of my house so it arrived to me cold. I called and tried to cancel my order and get it refunded when I saw it was coming to me cold. The best I was offered in a THIRD CALL was credit when I don’t even want to get a takeaway delivered again there’s no point ordering food the service from all angles is an absolute joke. Robbery.

firstly we got no straws and were missing a large fries secondly my burger was ment to be no cheese only ketchup and it was wrong also the chips were soggy and horrible to eat.

driver took ages to leave the restaurant, did not come to the door to deliver, took a full two minutes to get out my order while we stood on the road and spilled half the coffee
