The palate is smooth, elegant, medium-bodied and well balanced with sweet and tasty tannins. Pleasant finish with ripe fruit, herbs, vanilla and caramel flavours.

Brilliant pink colour. Very attractive fruity nose with hints of strawberry, boiled sweets, redcurrant, and fresh grapes. Quite fresh, round, and delicious on the palate with strawberry and raspberry flavours. The softness is underpinned by elegant tannin and the long, fruity aftertaste is enhanced by a certain vivaciousness.

The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.
