Friday 14 February 2025Ordered food which never came waited 1hr 40 mins when I rang the shop they advised they can't tell me how long my order would be. They are busy I understand but feel they should not take orders they can't fulfill

Sunday 26 January 2025ordered before 4.45. 1 hour later, no food and when I called they told me it was in the next "batch of deliveries" but it "wouldn't be sitting in the car" for long. I wasn't convinced and said I could come and collect and they happily accepted. when i arrived in the shop they told me they "put it on again" to keep it hot and waited 15 minutes in store. got home with it 90 mins after ordering. ate it and was ok but 15 mins after that a delivery man arrived with the order???!!! shambles
