This is our house curry sauce. It is a full flavoured curry sauce with a medium spice ("Best curry in Ferrybank")

Beijing is in the North Eastern part of China is sometimes Romanized as Peking, is the Capital. Therefore the ingredients of this sauce come directly from the Capital & nearby surrounding areas. This sauce is a classic touch of China & can be described like Mandarin sauce with a touch of chillies

This sauce originated from the Sichuan Province in South-Western China. Szechuan sauce has bold flavours, especially the pungency & spiciness resulting from the liberal use of garlic & chilli Hot & Spicy

Satay sauce was introduced by expatriate Chinese returning from South East Asia. Our family recipe expands over two generations. Our unique sauce can be described as a thick peanut texture, made using grounded & roasted peanuts, coconut, red chillies & Oriental spices. "Our satay sauce is the best in the Southeast". Try it!!!
