We ordered the food and the incorrect food was sent (none of the food just desserts). The restaurant said to submit a request for a refund and to reorder the food and that I would be refunded immediately. I’m still waiting for the refund so I essentially paid twice for the food tonight. When the food came it was cold as the food was made at the time of the initial order. All in all poor service and food was cold - very disappointing as I regularly order from here.

Smash burgers, angry fries and Parmesan fries. Was a tad late and not the hottest but it recovered excellently after a minute in the microwave. Love those burgers!

A little bit about us

Locke Burger was founded in 2018. We started out serving delicious burgers from our vintage Citroen food truck. We experienced phenomenal demand and support from our loyal customers, so in June 2020 we took the next step and moved Locke Burger into a new home at No 1 George’s Quay, Limerick.
