I am really unhappy about how my last order was handled. The restaurant made a mistake and left something out, and then neither Just Eat support nor the restaurant were able to remedy the situation. I was basically told that it was too bad that I had paid for food that never came. The restaurant were apologetic enough, but absolutely unable to do anything about it due to Just Eats Ts&C's. To be told 'we don't offer a redelivery service' is frankly unacceptable, especially since Just Eat get commission from the transaction. I will not be using Just Eat again.
