Chistorra is a type of fast-cured sausage from Aragon, the Basque Country and Navarre, Spain. It can be considered a special type of chorizo and it's cooked in white wine.

Celebrated as a national dish by Spaniards, it is an essential part of Spanish cuisine. It is an omelette made with eggs and potatoes.

A classic in Madrid: Ciabatta bread, stuffed with our traditional recipe of calamari and aioli (garlic mayo sauce). Served with some diced chips with a sauce of your choice.

Homemade Basque burnt cheesecake, known from its origin the Restaurant "La Viña". Very popular in our restaurant for its delicious cheese flavor (includes a bit of Manchego cheese) and creaminess. Topped with strawberry Jam.

Wild Grenache. Perky, light-hearted red with soft tannins and fruit-driven flavours of cherry and blackberry, intermingled with hints of pepper and orange peel. Lively on the palate, with good intensity of flavour and a succulent, refreshing finish. 13.5% abv

White Grenache. Soft and fruity style that shows delicate aromas of apple and nectarine, with a weighty, plump palate of stone fruit, lanolin and ginger. Gentle, textured offering that shows great varietal typicity for this quirky variety. 13% abv
