Gorditos is Run by husband and wife team Patrick & Flavia Costello. Patrick a trained chef from Tipperary who has traveled all over latin America and lived in Mexico in ’09 where his love for food started and the idea of gorditos began, returning to ireland to take up a job working in one of ireland’s first mexican restaurants Taco taco in the epicurean food hall on liffey st in dublin from there going on to work for well known establishments such as The Four seasons, Kerrigans and boojum.
Flavia from sao paulo, brazil is a qualified account and also a massive foodie. She is chief food taster and is most certainly the boss!
