Disappointed that the order arrived an hour late and that some of the food was lukewarm. I asked the driver what time food left restaurant and he said it left at 7.45pm, which was the requested delivery time. The order didn’t reach us until 8.45pm. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the food, just that it was cold and because of the delay we weren’t able to enjoy all of it. It’s a shame because we have been customers for years and a rare treat was not enjoyable.
