Food cold shop staff rude over 2 hrs for delivery never again

I am a returning and regular customer. My order tonight was stale I asked for spice bag and curry sauce. The spice bag had no seasoning and the curry sauce was lumpy. It was also freezing. I was unable to eat it and I am really disappointed with this as like I said I am a constant recurring customer here.
