The order did not have the prawn crackers as we normally get . It’s was very disappointing for the kids

Food was nice, however when my partner went to collect it the lady went to give him the bag, he put his hands out and she grabbed it back and said “no pay”. We obviously knew we had to pay at the counter. Embarrassing & bad customer service.
