Wednesday 29 November 2023Really bad delivery service - my order was never delivered. The app says delivered but customer service guy (who was very helpful) said his system showed driver couldn’t find address, which is odd as it’s a prominent hotel on the stillorgan road!

Tuesday 21 November 2023Great food, shame about the delivery ☹️. We can all appreciate a slight delay as places get busy, and drivers are delayed.
I mean, this order was delays, and the app was updated accordingly, I was not happy but happy that I at least had an update.
My estimated time was fast approaching, app stated driver was at the restaurant, waiting, waiting... 10 minutes to the end of the revised estimated delivery I called support. 3 minutes later, the driver who was "In the resturant" appeared on the map, not in Dundrum but Blackrock ???
That all being said. The taxi burger was very tasty, as was the mustardy Mayo...
Business just needs a little more focus on delivery, the food is good 👍🏼

Wednesday 15 November 2023Despite giving a lot of notice requesting a specific delivery time the order was delivered incredibly late. For some reason the driver called when he arrived outside and the food was cold.
