Hi Adam, You placed large cash order over €300,justeat recommended their partner restaurant to contact the customer to confirm their order before start to prepare the food. We followed justeat recommendation and our shop procedures,trying to contact you by the phone number you registered with justeat,couldn’t get through,so we contacted just eat customer service department to send you a email let you know that we will need you to contact us to confirm your order.but we didn’t get any response from you.so by end of the night we contacted justeat customer service department explained our situation and get your order concealed.
