Monday, 08 April 2024very dissatisfied, paid 43 euro not even a drink when asked was there no milkshakes delivery guy was so rude food was cold ..only thing we were looking forward to was milkshakes and rudely told by driver when pointing piece of paper in my face...very disappointed after waiting all week for takeaway night

Sunday, 07 April 2024I had a pretty bad experience at Florins. The food was alright, but the customer service was just awful. As I was leaving, I told the two cashiers to have a nice day and I heard them mimicking my voice as soon as I turned my back! It was super rude and unprofessional, I’d never be the type to leave a bad review but I was disgusted, this behaviour was completely uncalled for. I'm really turned off by the whole thing and won't be going back to Florins. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone else either.

Saturday, 30 March 2024Portion sizes have significantly reduced since they changed to Pizza Max. Sauce portions are much smaller. Curry fries half filled and hardly any cheese on our pizza. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again any time soon.
