the food was cold and very dry the chicken wing box was half empty and wasn’t good at all

Wings were dry even though I had requested extra wing sauce. Is it that difficult to add some more sauce on the wings - to make them look more like the picture. I’m only saying this as it’s about the 4th time this has happened. Love the wings but we need more sauce

Food was good as usual with the restaurant but we were waiting for more than a hour for the food to be delivered. We were really hungry and the girl on the phone kept telling me that the food was on the way but that the weather was bad for traffic (hello? We are in Ireland! It rains all the time!) and when checking Google maps it said that the journey from the restaurant was 10 min....so was a kitchen problem I guess...don't lie to your customers please! disappointed
Food was a barely warm when it arrived, but it was really tasty and the portions are very large. Also the sauces were a decent size and very tasty! Thank you for the yummy food.
Cant rate the food as it still hasn't arrived. Currently 1 hour and 45 mins since the order was placed and still no sign of the food. Was told 15 mins for delivery...30 mins ago Appalling
Waiting over an hour and a half
Second time in a row these have got me order wrong spending €30+ and don’t compensate when u call they don’t answer
Did not include dip, rang them agreed to send out dip, never did ruined meal will not order from them again.
Food was cold by time it got here. And fell out of the wet bag when I took it in.
Restaurant were very helpful though when I rang asking where the food was. Pity usually fantastic service

Usually fab. Food was freezing on arrival. Chose a slightly more expensive restaurant than usual as a treat - very disappointing after spending guts of €50.
Stated 1 hour for delivery when ordering and order was a further 1 hour late, ridiculous! staff on phone no help each time we rang was told it out with driving
Stay clear of this place
I am conplaining about the delivery driver as he was very abusive and rude when i answered the phone he shouted down the phone about him getting clamped on a road this is not my problem and i did not appreciate the rudeness of this arrogant driver and this encounter has put me off ordering from this restaurant
My food spilt in the drivers car. I do not want this person to deliver my food again
