Food never arrived! Just Eat and Restaurant didn't sort out. Spent 40 minutes on phone and was left with no food. Customer service from Just Eat was poor. Manager in Elephant & Castle was nice and professional but still did not sort. Won't order again

The quality of chicken was appalling so dry and overcooked. Looked like yesterdays food was just reheated in the deep fryer. There was barely any hot sauce in the wings. The hot sauce that came on the side was solid, looked it like was just taken out of the fridge. Will not be ordering again from elephant and Castle as the price has gone up and the quality has deteriorated. Very disappointed. Used to love the chicken wings from E&C.

I would have preferred a complete order delivered on time. You could have used the other 15 minutes to add the streaky bacon which you charged for but didn't include.

Driver kept ringing and not hearing anything I was telling them on the phone, they were on the map as two minutes away, I walk to where they are on the map, the guy is just sat on his phone and had been for ages, don’t know why I had to go and find him when he didn’t read the full address or think there was an issue when no one was coming out of the building he was sat outside. Food was fine but that delivery time was atrocious, didn’t seem bothered when I found him and tell him he’s in the wrong place, I can see where he is and where I am on the map, dunno why that would be difficult to understand.
