The guy stood outside, refusing to look up though i clearly stated I am on the fourth floor. I'm sick and can't come down. He refused to answer the phone either. The food was cold. I paid for ice-cream due to sore throat and I got cheesecake and cream to which I am allergic. I want my money back. They could have called me to say they didn't have ice-cream and I could have ordered something else from the menu.
