This is the name chosen to refer to the importance and quality during the preparation and process of our products, from the elaboration of every detail, to the arrival to our consumer and final customer. Differentiated and exclusive, the items on our menus reach different audiences, respecting chicken lovers, burger lovers and even those who love amazing and unique hot dogs. The halal chicken and vegetarian options are extraordinarily present on our menus, after all, we value satisfaction and respect for each person's beliefs and cultures. The inspiration for the existence of Dom Burger came amid the troubled period of a pandemic, where everything became uncertain and doubtful. But to our surprise and gratitude, the restaurant's growth has shown a positive upward trend! Currently, our space is in a "Dark Kitchen" in Ranelagh, where we share the place with a team from another segment of the gastronomic sector. When we consider the physical space of our kitchen, added to the growing number of customers we are having, we can clearly say that we need a new location to continue to promote excellent work. The opening hours that we have available to us are only after 5:30 pm. So there is a very considerable constraint for our operation. We idealized a service to the public in the afternoon and evening, after all the options of our menus are dynamic for any time and occasion. Our main differential is being able to say that about 90% of our ingredients are fresh and artisanal, with an affordable and fair price. Our range of customers is constant, from locals to visitors to Dublin, who will be attracted by its reputation, publicity and excellent reviews.
