A little bit about us
Dollard New York Style Pizza has been created by our team of expert and passionate pizza chefs, who pride themselves on using the best quality ingredients to create the most delicious pizza around. Available in 12.5" full pizza or by the jumbo slice (they're big!). Our dough is made with stone ground flour from Ballyminane Mills in Wexford, the very last water powered mill in Ireland, and our toppings are sourced from local Irish producers or made by our in house butcher. Finished in our wood fired pizza oven, it's the perfect combination of crispy, chewy crust and authentic bold flavours.
